Adeptus Titanicus Seminar

Adeptus Titanicus

Beta Garmon is an important setting during the Horus Heresy and is referenced in this picture below.
It also shows two Titan Legios in the top row which are being reintroduced into the IP.

Imperial Hunters are returning into the game too.

Legio Krytos "God Breakers" the Pragmatic wrecking ball of the Titan Legions.

Knights aren't very durable against Knights, but really can't be ignored.

They have done Legio specific traits for Mortis and Tempestus.

Scenarios include the House Devine vs Titans in the end of Vengeful Spirit and they are planning Titan Death on Beta Garmon

Planning for game to be on 4x4 giving the collectors place for the datasheets.

App support might happen if demand is high #giveuscommandterminals

No plans for Imperator yet.

Ordo Sinister will feature

Ursus claws will be done

No word on price yet.

Models will be relatively expensive.

    1. Nope. It's fighting for a place in the schedule. Also unsure about resin/plastic.

    2. I so hope for Plastic. It will make a huge impact on the games success if the entry level models are plastic.

  2. Good stuff. I'm sold. As to models being relatively expensive, I suppose it depends what you compare it to. Since seeing that scaled down Warlord last year I have assumed they would be around the price of current Leviathans and Contemptors.

    1. Look if FW are saying they will be expensive, then I am truly worried...The current abuse my wallet takes is borderline silly, then they say "Relatively expensive" compared to what? The days of resin troops 5 for £20 with no weapons. I was paying £7.50 per marine back before the Betrayal at calth, a 20 man tactical unit plus weapons was a £100 investment.

  3. Exciting and I must say I'm still a fan of the Lucius pattern Warlord.

    1. No lucius warlord within the next years. They like the mars one too much^^

    2. I'm actually thinking of picking up a old metal one, it'll be interesting with the new scale how the two patterns end up comparing. Plus it'll add some variety in Warlord vs Warlord battles.

    3. Maeglin, I wouldn't expect them to be compatible. I have some of the old Epic titans, and they were underscaled for 6mm models. In recent years people have been 3d printing "true-scale" 6mm titans and they're 50% taller - they don't work well alongside the official models.

The upcoming 8mm models will make the problem even worse. The old Lucius-pattern Warlord is 2 3/4" high (70mm), including the base. FW says the Mars-pattern Warlord will be about 6" tall.

    4. Wow didn't realise they were that small. Thanks for the info.

  4. Thanks for the info. I do hope they make it into a all plastic starter, I think more people would buy into it then if they just did a rule book and sold resin models separate

  6. Do you know the size of the titans?
    Making a conversion from 28mm to 8mm:
Warlord 6" heigh (Just like an 40k ik)
    Warhound 2.7" heigh (contemptor-leviathan size)
    IK 1,5" heigh

  7. I do hope they get round to doing the lucius pattern warlord, to me that is the warlord. I hate the Mars pattern.
I'm happy to hear there will be rules for the Ursas claw, they reignited my love of titans in betrayer.

  8. I love those old beetle back Titans. I have 6 of them, 4 of the old Reavers and 4 of the classic Warhounds. All the original Mars pattern. I have a Lucius Warlord but it's missing the arms and leg plates, which my Mum helpfully threw out years ago.

    Hopefully a Psi-Titan!
